Job descriptionHave previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service is a must Ability to communicate with people on all levels Able to work in a team environment Previous experience will be highly regarded, however is not essential The successful applicants will maintain a friendly and efficient manner with a professional approach to customer service An interest in IT technology would be an advantage Full flexibility required, including weekends and Thursday nights
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist at our store in Mt. Gravatt, Brisbane.
Key responsibilities for these roles include :
- First point of contact with customers
- Cash handling and processing payments
- General phone enquires and call distribution
