About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements :
Extensive experience analysing problems and providing high level policy advice and solutions relating to contemporary public sector management issues in any of the following areas :
Integrity, ethical practice and / or corruption prevention,
Risk, compliance or governance,
Organisational culture, workplace behaviour or change management.
Flexible and agile professional approach, including ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
Excellent project management skills including the ability to achieve project outcomes and balance multiple tasks within tight timeframes.
Experience in liaising, consulting and negotiating effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex information concisely to a variety of audiences.
