THE POSITION :
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be providing exceptional customer support and coordination within a fast paced, customer focused environment.
The role is casual / part-time, approx. 15-20 hours per week. The hours are flexible within our operating times of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. Perhaps you are a part-time student, a parent looking to fill school hours or an individual seeking a change of pace.
Your duties will include but not be limited to :
- Develop superior product knowledge to be able to assist customers efficiently and effectively
- Process phone orders and customer returns
- Quality test products
- Conduct fraud checks
- Liaise with our onsite warehouse, marketing & digital teams
A strong level of written and verbal communication experience is required for this role.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :
Perhaps you've worked in a sales support / administration role, you may be a receptionist or office assistant who wants more customer contact, there are no prerequisites to where you have worked before, if you can demonstrate the following skills :
