• What is Retrofit Insulation?

Retrofit insulation involves installing insulation in existing homes, often under challenging conditions—tight roof spaces, subfloors, wall cavities, and more. Unlike new builds, retrofit work demands problem-solving, precision, and care in people's homes. You'll be helping to make homes warmer in winter, cooler in summer, and healthier all year round.

• Who We're Looking For
• Physically fit and hard-working individuals or teams
• Reliable, punctual, and focused on delivering quality workmanship
• Comfortable working in confined or dusty spaces (PPE provided)
• Good communicators who show respect in clients' homes
• Motivated to learn and grow within a team

Experience in insulation is a bonus but not essential—we value attitude and work ethic above all. Full training provided.

• Pay & Benefits

We reward results. Our pay model includes :

• Hourly rates
• performance bonuses
• piece rates
• depending on the job type
• Higher pay for more complex or physically demanding work
• Top installers consistently earn
• 1,600-$2,400+ per week

Pay : $240.00 - $500.00 per day

Expected hours : 24 - 40 per week

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay :

• Performance bonus
