  • We are in immediate need of a part time employee 2-3 days a week to work at our office and help with the increased work load from a recent portfolio acquisition. Hours and days are flexible. Initially we are thinking this will be a temporary position to cope with the transition of new clients and provide much needed assistance whilst one of our staff is away on Annual Leave for 2 months. We will most likely need someone at least until the end of December. However, if it works out well we might want a more permanent solution. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience using IBAIS, SCTP & Sunrise to help process renewals and perform general Insurance administrative tasks, such as sending out client correspondence and answering the phone. We are a small Brokerage and work from a home based office located in Beaumaris. We really need to find someone before 24th August.

  • What will you be doing?
  • Supporting a small team of Insurance Brokers with Administrative tasks
  • Liaising with clients and underwriters collecting relevant documents and information
  • Working with underwriters to obtain quotes for new clients and renewals
  • Sending correspondences to clients
  • Assisting with invoicing and payments
  • What do you need?
  • Relevant experience in the insurance industry
  • Great communication skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working towards deadlines
