• The Opportunity

It's an exciting time to join, as we scale up our operation in the Oceania region. Our national distribution centre, in Swanbank, Ipswich will supply the region with our multi-beverage brand portfolio, ensuring the continuous supply of products to fulfill our customer requirements.

The Warehouse Operations Lead will successfully manage the operational activities within the automated Distribution Centre, leading a team that delivers excellence in service.

Driven by our Suntory Leadership Spirit, the Warehouse Operations Lead will build and embed a collaborative and performance driven culture.

• Deliver excellence in Customer Service through coordination of planning, warehousing and distribution activities.

What's in your toolkit?You will demonstrate a strong ability to build and drive internal and external stakeholder relationships as well as :

• Warehousing experience (extensive experience, incorporating leadership experience and managing teams).
• Experience in a senior operating role.
• Strategic Business Plan development & implementation.
• Strong coaching and developing skills.
• Well-developed planning skills that are outcome focused.
