Project Administrator - Gladstone Qld

In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project, engaging with site leaders, the business, and other key stakeholders to achieve the projects and business goals. This position performs a crucial role in coordinating all administrative aspects of the project.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a high level of attention to detail, and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Gladstone based role Monday to Friday - 48 hours The Project Administration Department is responsible for, but not limited to : Daily activity sheets (including timesheets) Establishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records Efficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondence Stock and inventory control General administration duties for the project team Other relevant duties as may be required from time to time To be successful you will have : Minimum 3-5 years' experience in administration Experience in the construction industry (desirable) Advanced competency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team Excellent time management, workload prioritisation, organisation, and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driver Licence Construction Card (blue or white) About McCoskers McCosker are experts in the civil construction industry offering a diverse range of services to the mining, construction, building, gas, and industrial sectors.
