Details : Under the direction of the Assistant Director, the Analyst and Administrator will be responsible for :
Supporting the development of an understanding of the operational needs of the relevant area by engaging and working with key stakeholders.Supporting workflow design in collaboration with team members and end users.Preparing requirement models, business requirement specifications, and system design documents for the designated workstream.Building workflows in the Digital Health Record.Collaborating with other Digital Health Record Analysts to ensure system configuration considers the holistic impact of changes.Testing configurations built into the Digital Health Record.Managing requirements traceability through to use cases and test planning activities with the Director, Test Management.Identifying issues within the workstream and those impacting others, working with the Workstream (Project) Manager and Analysts to resolve them.Supporting communication with stakeholders relevant to the analyst's focus area.Implementing requested changes to the Digital Health Record in line with change control processes.Communicating with team members about deliverables, issues, end-user concerns, budget, and milestones.Working with Principal Trainers to ensure end-user readiness, including participating in training.Ensuring work meets high standards and deadlines.Documenting and reviewing task and issue status, participating in meetings, and preparing governance documentation.Undertaking other duties relevant to this level that contribute to the Digital Health Record Program or Division.We are committed to an inclusive environment and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disabilities, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, veterans, younger and older workers, and people of diverse genders, sexes, and sexualities.
