• About the role

The System Analyst is responsible for the design and configuration of new functional solutions and for the ongoing operational support of ICT solutions. They are also responsible for designing and optimising enterprise-wide deployment of ICT technology solutions. System Analysts require an understanding of ICT product offerings and their interoperability with other components as well as a high level understanding of interface technology.

Specific duties will include :

• Manage a small team of Solution Designers including setting priorities, managing resources (performance, health & wellbeing), and assisting with the development of work plans to ensure business goals are achieved.
• Perform high-level analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements, propose and create conceptual and logical ICT solution designs, including documentation (blueprints / solution specifications).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements and best practice in processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, suggest alternative approaches, solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
• Define, plan, document and architect the design of solutions.
• Create conceptual and logical business solution design (i.e. blueprint, solution design documents) and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
• Participate in project reviews, create and implement action plans to bring escalated projects back on track.
• Skills and Experience
• 2+ years' experience as a systems analyst.
• Experience working in an Agile Environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-level analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
