As Restaurant Manager at The Yiros Shop, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing a team of passionate staff to ensuring each customer enjoys the authentic Greek dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.
• Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination. Ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Customer Experience Excellence : Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of customer service. Every guest deserves a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a high-quality meal.
