Exciting new Windows and Active Directory Technical Specialist to assist with security remediation and uplift!

This is an exciting role in an agency leading the way in a collaborative effort between multiple Federal Government Departments and Agencies. The agency provides advice and assistance to government and critical infrastructure providers. Your specific business area is responsible for advising how to protect networks and information systems from cyber threats, developing and sharing threat intelligence, and raising awareness about cybersecurity risks and best practices.

You will be tasked with performing and assisting security remediation and uplift activities for external partners. The position will involve working directly with Partners to implement recommendations generated by security assessments.

Responsibilities will include the design and implementation of technical security recommendations for Windows endpoints, servers, directory services (Active Directory and Azure Active Directory), and Exchange. Environment hardening through common tools including Group Policy, InTune, SCCM, O365.

You will also be self-motivated, able to work under mínimal supervision, manage and direct technical resources, and have the experience to communicate with stakeholders of all levels confidently.
