Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

Be a Social Butterfly – Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community. Teach & Learn – Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus : you might learn a few too!). Drive the Fun – Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield’s vans. Keep It Snappy – Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous. Be the Team MVP – Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ.

What You Bring To The Party

A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically). Experience in the disability sector (and if you’ve got behaviour support knowledge—extra kudos!). Willingness to assist with personal care when needed. Resilience, empathy, and a ‘let’s do this!’ attitude . A driver’s licence and reliable transport. Hoist & manual handling skills – because sometimes a little extra support goes a long way. Nursing background (not required, but definitely a plus!). Early bird or night owl? We need folks available for morning shifts (6 : 30 AM starts) and afternoon shifts (6 : 30 PM finishes).
