About the Opportunity
We are seeking Business Administration Cadet to undertake a range of general administrative activities to support our national Communications and Marketing team.
Working in a highly collaborative team, you will provide essential support to our Communications and Marketing team contributing to Slattery's submission process and general marketing and communication activities. With the opportunity to build a range administrative capabilities, you will display an eagerness to develop and grow.
The role will be based in our Melbourne office, and you will be available to work on a part-time basis with a minimum commitment equal to 3 days. Some remote work may be available for the right candidate.
Key aspects of this role include :
Bid Management Support
Monitor the Slattery Submissions inbox and process project initiation requests as requiredSubmission establishment administration including proposal document set up using templatesAssist with client support enquiries addressing where possible and escalating as accordinglyProvide administrative support such as downloading documents and processing DocuSign requestsMarketing Communications Support
Support Slattery events including managing invitations and responses and liaising with the National Practice ManagerAccess and collate key data from the project database to produce reporting on key data to support marketing activitiesAssist in the maintenance of project information for marketing collateralAssist with the CV initiation process for new hires and be the key point of contact for ongoing updates to employee CVs which form part of our marketing collateralWhat does the right person look like?
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Working towards Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, information systems, marketing, communications or business-related subjectsWork experience in an administrative or team support position desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a working knowledge of Word and ExcelStrong and professional written and oral communication capabilities with an ability to develop effective working relationshipsHigh levels of organisational planning capabilities and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentCollaborative approach with demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationshipsHigh degree of self-motivation and growth mindsetTo Apply
