Our client is a global market leading innovator of medical technologies servicing the healthcare industry. They are currently looking for an Account Manager to manage a VIC Melbourne territory. This role will foster and develop strategic relationships with a variety of clinical decision makers in targeted hospitals, within critical care and anaesthetics, managing all accounts on this territory.
You will be responsible for financial targets and will be a proactive member of a dynamic team, you will enjoy securing new business and growing sales. You will implement account strategies across your territory to increase sales and market share of your products in the area of ICU / Critical Care and Anaesthetics primarily. You will drive clinical evaluation, closure, installation and provide outstanding customer service through nurse and clinician education and the ongoing nurturing of the customer relationship so you are seen as a 'trusted advisor' to your customers. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical bodies in the territory (especially in Anaesthesia, ICU, Neonatology and the ER and at the C-Suite level), and ensure your technologies are present in the academic programs of all major congresses and symposiums.
