We are currently seeking Assistant Store Managers across several of our key Victorian locations. If you’re an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and team development, we’d love to hear from you!

We are hiring for the following store locations :

Coburg, Epping, Essendon, Bayswater, and Moorabbin.

Let’s talk about the role

As an Assistant Store Manager , you’ll play a key leadership role across your store team—coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your people to achieve great results and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be a strong visual merchandiser, confident in managing daily operations, driving in-store promotions, and achieving financial and operational targets.

Whether it’s Coburg, Epping, Essendon, Bayswater or Moorabbin—each of our VIC stores is looking for leaders ready to take their next big career step.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead your team to success by setting clear expectations and targets
• Manage store operations, visual merchandising and promotional execution
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build strong client relationships
• Drive key KPIs including sales, inventory, shrinkage, and cost controls
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, motivated retail team
• Support other VIC stores as needed—collaboration is key!
• Take ownership of rosters, scheduling and reporting
