Our client is a dynamic and client-focused law firm based in Tweed Heads, NSW.

They are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience to join their supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable solicitor who is passionate about family law and delivering practical outcomes for clients.About The RoleYou will be managing your own matters and working directly with clients in all areas of family law, including but not limited to : Parenting and property settlements Divorce and separation Binding Financial Agreements Domestic violence matters Representation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise and represent clients from initial consultation through to final resolution Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence Appear in court and mediations Manage client files with minimal supervision Maintain excellent client relationships and communication About YouAdmitted as a solicitor in NSW with a minimum of 2 years PAE in family law Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills Able to manage files independently and work under pressure Confident in court appearances and liaising with clients Passionate about achieving great outcomes for clients Why Join UsSupportive and relaxed working environment Hands-on experience across a wide range of family law matters Close-knit team where your contribution is valued Located near the beach and lifestyle of the Northern Rivers region Salary commensurate with experience To apply , please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role.
