Working within a well-established design chapter, you will be responsible for designing digital products and assets while engaging with stakeholders, the product owner and the delivery team. You'll create prototypes and work closely with our UX researchers to test hypotheses, validate concepts, and translate insights into optimised designs.
You use your strong collaboration skills to be the end-user advocate in your team, have high design standards and sharp attention to detail. You consistently look for opportunities to reduce friction and enhance member experience while driving value to the organisation.
- About the role
- Continuously iterate and improve on established design solutions based on evidence and proven design principles and methods
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to prototype for concept and user testing
- Translate research insights and business requirements into intuitive digital experiences
- Design creative assets to support new functionality, enhancements, and optimizations across HBF's digital channels
- Previous experience
- Qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process is a plus
