You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeIn this exciting role as a Senior Clinical Specialist, you will be working closely with the Neuromodulation team to achieve sales revenue and market share targets across QLD by providing technical and clinical excellence to implanters and clinical stakeholders for Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD), Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) portfolios.Our vision is to become the undisputed world leader in Neuromodulation, improving patient lives through innovative solutions.

Our therapies span the care continuum; from early interventional procedures to implantable surgical technologies that relieve pain, restore function and improve lives for our patients.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned : Work with Territory Managers (TMs) to understand the clinical and service needs of specific customers and provide highest level clinical service and technical supportSupport TMs' account sales strategies to drive sales and territory results through regular contact with key specialists and technical staffConducts on-site clinical education, training and / or consulting to specified customersIdentifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Sales / Clinical Support & Management TeamServes as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solutionProactively meet with TMs and other Clinical Specialists (CSs) in managing case coverage requirements for the state.Support Territory Managers with inventory monitoring and control, including ensuring appropriate levels of inventory in each location & the expedited delivery of stock to customers as neededTravel requirement : 25%Required Knowledge and Experience : High School Diploma with minimum of 8 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in nursing, general science or similar with minimum of 4 years relevant experience or Advanced degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceComprehensive clinical and technical knowledge including clinical papers.

Asks skillful questions.Comprehensive knowledge of the neuromodulation clinical offeringsStrong clinical and business relationships with customersAdvanced understanding of internal workings of hospital labs / theatres / departments e.g.
