About the Role :

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' needs and abilities.
  • Create tailored rehabilitation plans with achievable goals.
  • Help clients overcome barriers to returning to work.
  • Provide mental health support to manage conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and stakeholders.
  • Guide clients in exploring new career paths and job opportunities.
  • Educate clients and families about the rehabilitation process.
  • Track progress, update plans, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide crisis support and connect clients to emergency services when needed.

    • What you will need :

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Provisional Psychology, Registered Psychology
  • Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
