Well established mid-sized national law firm seeks experienced Construction Litigator with 10+ years of PQE to lead a team!

This successful mid-sized law firm is a leader in its field with a reputation for proving outstanding services to its clients. They are now looking for an experienced construction litigator to take over their thriving building and construction practice!

Initially, you will work alongside an experienced partner (who is staying with the firm but moving away from construction) on a broad range of construction litigation matters, including defective and incomplete work, Securities of Payment, and Home Owners Warranty Claims, in a leadership role that will see you manage a team of lawyers and take over a well-established client base.

This role would suit an experienced construction litigator or a general litigator with construction experience, who is looking to specialize in the area. It could be that you have hit a ceiling at a large law firm, or perhaps you have your own practice, but are missing the support and structure of a larger law firm?
