About the Role

We are urgently seeking experienced Industrial Electricians and Electrical Trade Assistants for an immediate start on a high-profile Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Brendale, QLD .

This project is a critical part of Queensland’s clean energy transition and offers excellent conditions for qualified experienced tradespeople ready to hit the ground running.

Dayshift and Nightshift available

6am - 5pm Days

5pm - 4am Nights

Must be loacated within a 45 minute radius from Brendale

Key Responsibilities Electricians :

Install cable trays, ladders, and heavy-duty conduits
Perform panel wiring, switchboard terminations, and infrastructure upgrades
Terminate and handle large-format cabling – including 630mm copper and 300mm aluminium
Support the commissioning phase of a cutting-edge BESS system
Work from electrical schematics and maintain a strong safety focus

Electrical Trade Assistants :

Assist with big cable handling and site preparation

Install conduit, support cable runs, and manage site materials / tools

General labour duties and electrical support tasks

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on site

What We're Looking For Electricians :

Current QLD Electrical Licence

Proven experience with large cabling (630mm copper & 300mm aluminium essential)

Minimum 3 years' industrial infrastructure experience - Essential

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Bonus : Previous BESS or renewable energy project experience

Trade Assistants :

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial or construction environment

Big cable handling experience highly regarded

White Card (Construction Induction)

Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive team player

Bonus : Exposure to BESS or renewable sites
