• Responsibilities
• Field pre-qualified customer appointments provided to you by our in-house Associates Team
• Liaise with our in-house Client Solutions team who will support with loan processing and prepare your deals for lodgement
• Build referral networks for your business
• Admin support and company leads support provided
• Requirements
• Has Mortgage broking experience or business banking or mobile lending related experience
• Demonstrated experience in residential and investment lending.
• Have a sound knowledge of bank policies and procedures relating to risk, compliance and security.
• Ability to execute on strategy and targets.
• Be proficient in dealing with third parties including valuers, solicitors, banks and other service providers
• Ability to build relationships with referral partners
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to assist clients and build relationships for the long term.
• Absolute client-focus is an essential part of this role.

• Responsibilities
• Responsible for performing associated activities such as colour grading, audio processing, and video editing to make ensuring the finished product satisfies client and business standards;
• Participate in the planning and creative conceptualisation of videos and offer guidance on the format and content of videos;
• Completing video production tasks in accordance with deadlines and standards for quality, and ensuring production quality;
• Collaborate on projects with other team members in areas such as but not limited to copywriting, graphic design, animation creation, etc.;
• Enhance your creative and production skills for videos as needed to meet market demands and business objectives.
• Requirements
• Capable of using video editing programmes like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc., and knowledgeable about techniques like colour grading and audio processing;
• Familiarity with the planning, shooting, editing, and post-production stages of video production;
• Having a keen sense of aesthetics and the ability to think creatively to produce top-notch work;
• A strong sense of collaboration and communication, ability to collaborate with colleagues from other departments to execute assignments;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize autonomously in a fast-paced business environment
• Time management abilities and the capacity to operate under pressure enable the completion of high-caliber work in a constrained amount of time.
• Knowledge of CFD industry preferred
• Chinese speaking skill is required
• Responsibilities
• Work closely with Operations Manager to assist with daily operations
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews of clients
• Process account maintenance requests from existing clients
• Process for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
• Communicate and liaise with different departments to improve performance and efficiency
• Ensure smooth operation of back-end systems
• Document and archive back-end system settings and functionality
• Proactively suggest improvements to improve sales performance
• Requirements
• Has at least 1-3 years of working experience in the Finance industry ( Forex / CFD industry is preferred)
• Able to prioritise and multi-task
• Ethical with self accountability & passionate
• Punctual, reliable and well presented
• Chinese speaking skill i required
• Cantonese speaking skill is preferred
• Understand the basic knowledge and experience of using MT4 platform
• Salary
• 50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
