Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to join a team in the Information Technology industry located in Perth. This role involves designing and developing Oracle database solutions, optimizing performance, and integrating applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities Design and develop Oracle database solutions to meet business requirements. Optimize database performance and ensure system efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle applications. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle database systems. Ensure data integrity and implement security measures. Maintain documentation for database configurations and changes. Participate in the planning and execution of database upgrades and migrations. Provide support for Oracle database-related queries and issues. Adhere to processes and attention to service level agreements. Expected Qualifications Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL / SQL programming. Experience with Oracle database architecture and administration. Strong understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Ability to design and implement complex database solutions. Knowledge of Oracle tools such as Oracle Forms and Reports. Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles. Experience with version control systems like Git. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based Oracle databases. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile development practices. Experience with Oracle APEX version 23 or higher. Proven experience with Oracle Forms & Reports (12c or 14c desirable). Why Work for Us?
