Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy and Compliance, this role will play a pivotal role in improving efficiency, standardisation, and innovation across our mining support operations in Australia.Working closely with internal divisions and operational teams, you will analyse workflows, identify process inefficiencies, implement improvement initiatives, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the business.Skills and Duties : In this highly influential role with an immediate start, you will : Lead cross-functional project teams through process analysis and optimisationIdentify and lead process improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise costConduct root cause analysis and implement solutions that support efficiency, quality and safetyAnalyse performance data and produce reports, dashboards, and insights to guide decision-makingCoach and mentor teams and engage with stakeholders to optimise customer satisfactionEssential Requirements : To be successful in this role, you will have : A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Process, or equivalent)Proven experience in process improvement and cost reduction initiativesStakeholder engagement, project leadership and negotiation skillsCommercial acumen, strong analytical skills and experience with performance data reporting and visualisation toolsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementDesirable Requirements : Ideally you will have : 5+ years' experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics, or technologyDemonstrated experience working for large, complex multinational organisationsDemonstrated experience working within a continuous improvement frameworkLean or Six Sigma qualificationsApplicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.Our Offer : Diversity and Inclusion : Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
