  • The role

    • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the key objective of the Marketing Coordinator role is to create opportunity for the Consulting team through effective and efficient marketing. It's a broad B2B and B2C role across conventional and contemporary marketing.

    This is a very busy role that will provide challenge and variety. You will need to develop an ability to prioritise work whilst also keeping stakeholders happy. You will be involved in all four pillars of marketing (Digital, Events, Collateral / Consultant Support and Campaigns) but ultimately, your enthusiasm and capacity to get work done will enable you to develop a specialisation in an area that interests you over and above the generalist nature of the work. There may be an element of office and administration support to complement your marketing duties.

  • If you were here last month, you would have
  • Led the social media strategy for three company pages
  • Assisted in the staging of a large webinar
  • Captured and evaluated RoI, and created weekly and monthly reports (you own the RoI process)
  • Created a campaign and digital marketing plan for a new service offering
  • Managed the end to end delivery of eDMs (Mailchimp skills required) involving copywriting & mailer design
  • Maintained the marketing database
  • Worked with programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, Canva, Google platform
  • Provided other support to the wider Operations and Consulting team as required
  • You'll be successful in the role if you have
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a Marketing role
  • Attention to detail
