Skills / QualificationsStrong administration skills, with the ability to manage tasks, processes and details with care and consistencyBasic IT skills to support day-to-day coordination and internal systemsStrong written communication : clear, confident and tailored to audience, tone and formatComfortable producing first-draft content across a range of channels (e.g. LinkedIn posts, internal updates, newsletters, onboarding materials)Basic design skills with an eye for layout, consistency and visual clarityA good grasp of content planning and campaign coordinationConfident owning and managing a communications calendar with input from multiple stakeholdersProactive, organised and confident owning tasks from brief to deliveryA natural doer with great judgement, initiative and follow-throughEven better : Experience in brand, marketing or communications rolesExposure to the freight, logistics or supply chain spaceFamiliarity with brand systems or visual identity guidelinesSkills in video creation, editing or motion graphicsExperience using Canva, Slack, Intercom and CRMs like PipedriveAn interest in how internal culture, communication and brand intersect
