By joining Team MMA, you can expect : Global collaboration opportunities To work on industry-shaping projects Flexible career development A strong company culture About the Role As a Systems and Project Accountant you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of the finance requirements within IFS across the organisation, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems.The role will focus on enhancing reporting capabilities, improving process efficiencies, and aligning financial systems with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities Assess existing financial processes and implement system-driven efficiencies.

Streamline reporting and workflows to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.

Manage the expansion of IFS to group-wide use Ensure all changes and implementations within IFS work seamlessly with other business systems.

Build and refine reports within IFS, ensuring accurate financial data representation Act as the liaison between finance, IT, and external vendors for system enhancements Qualifications Professional accounting qualification CPA, CA is desirable Essential Experience 5+ years' experience in a similar role – financial systems or related.

Proven experience in financial systems implementation Knowledge of reporting tools and financial automation.

Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance.

Proven experience in system integration and financial software.

Experience managing projects and systems / process transformation.

Desirable Skills Previous experience in IFS.
