Job description

This is a pivotal role. You will own and elevate our pre‑sales product strategy across; video, commercial content, eDMs and Social. Your mission? Shape high-impact, revenue-generating products that align with Are Media’s broader commercial strategy, driving revenue growth. You’ll work with brands, editorial and the Creative Studio to ensure high impact products that answer the needs of audience and advertisers. Ensuring our commercial propositions are not just visible—but compelling, coherent, and market‑ready.

Duties

  • Lead the Commercial Product strategy for; Video, eDMs, Social and Commercial Content.
  • Develop products aligned to commercial strategy —collaborating cross-functionally with brand, editorial and the creative studio to design offerings that resonate with audience and advertiser needs.
  • Craft standout sales collateral — from strategic decks to dynamic one-pagers, ensuring materials are not just polished but pitch-perfect and persuasive.
  • Ensure market readiness — every piece of content and product must be insight-driven, audience-aware, and ready for client deployment.
  • Analysis and reporting – product budget line reporting, uncover trends and drive cost efficiencies.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in media product management beneficial.
  • 5 years media platform or agency experience.
  • Understanding of emerging commercial product trends
  • Cost and P&L Management
