In the role of Small Business Banker you will join a team thats doubling down on going above and beyond and moving with speed to service our customers.

Each day youll go above and beyond to :

• Keep things simple whilstmanaging small business lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $3 million.
• Move with speed in this role to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy
• Be customer obsessed and in turn increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
• Own it by understanding our customers needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
• Wintogether by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

• Lending experience in business banking or retail banking
• Excellent understanding of the SME Market and desire to
