Due to continued growth in our greenfield development portfolio across QLD, we have an exciting newly created opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to support our lifestyle residential communities team based in our Brisbane office
This is a role suited to an individual with minimum 1-2 years development experience, ideally within the land lease or masterplanned communities space, with an eagerness to develop their career with an ASX-listed industry leader. Working within a passionate and dedicated Development team, you will provide support to the team to ensure the successful operation and delivery of Ingenia Lifestyle projects across all aspects of the development cycle.
Key AccountabilitiesAssist the Development Managers and Senior Development Managers to ensure that the projects are delivered in line with the project scheduleAssist with various aspects of project delivery including monitoring and updating the feasibilitiesAssist with the preparation of documentation including reports, CAPEX forms, tenders, processing invoices and contractsAdministrative tasks including scheduling meetings, taking minutes and action pointsLiaise with internal Ingenia teams to deliver a consistently high-quality serviceData management (CRM) and assisting Development Managers to ensure that all data is correctly updated at site and community levelCreate and implement system policies and procedures (e.g. defect management)Create and monitor project schedules and ensure all parties updated as requiredAssist with monthly preparation of individual project development reportsAssist with market research for setting price listsLiaise with Sales, Marketing and Acquisition teams to generate related documentationAbout YouBachelor of Civil Engineering, Property Economics, Construction Management or other relevant build environment disciplinePrevious experience in a similar roleAn interest in manufactured housing estates and the land lease community modelHigh level analytical, organisation, and data management skillsCurrent full Australian drivers' licenceAbility to prioritise, work under pressure and to tight time deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environmentCulture and Benefits
