What you'll do :
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and customisations.Design, implement, and maintain robust CRM solutions using best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Develop PowerApps applications and PowerBI reports that enhance user experience and provide actionable insights for decision-makers across the organisation.Participate in the design, build, test, and implementation of Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve solution reliability.Provide clear documentation for all developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and support materials to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.Engage in regular code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices across all deliverables.Offer expert advice on solution architecture and recommend improvements based on emerging trends in Microsoft technologies.Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing training sessions, and responding promptly to queries related to CRM functionalities.Contribute actively to team meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions aimed at continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.What you bring :
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration best practices with a proven track record of successful implementations in complex environments.Extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM / 365 configuration as well as solution design tailored to specific business requirements.Strong communication skills enabling you to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.Hands-on experience developing PowerApps applications that streamline workflows alongside creating PowerBI reports for enhanced data visualisation.Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI / CD pipeline implementation encompassing design through build phases as well as testing procedures for reliable deployments.Ability to produce thorough documentation covering technical specifications along with user-facing materials that promote knowledge sharing within teams.A collaborative approach that supports teamwork while fostering positive relationships across departments through empathy and understanding.Commitment to continuous learning demonstrated by pursuing relevant certifications or staying updated on new features within Microsoft’s ecosystem.Desirable) Possession of current Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 or associated technologies will be highly regarded.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
