Location : Coogee, WA

Practice : New Purpose-Built Medical Centre (Opening September)

This two-story, purpose-built facility is under construction, with plans to open in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a VR GP to join their team, with full nurse support and a range of allied health services on-site.

Key Details :

• Location : Coogee, close to the beach and coffee shops
• Opening : September 2025 (construction set to complete by mid-July)
• Practice : Two-story medical centre with a pharmacy, physiotherapy, psychologist, and pathology on-site. Radiology located just 8 minutes away at sister practice.
• Billing : Mixed billing model (70% of billings, case-by-case arrangement)
• Hours : Monday to Friday, no weekends or after-hours required
• Technology : Best Practice linked system for smooth patient management
• Support : Full-time nursing support available
• Treatment Facilities : 4-bed treatment room, individual consultation rooms (8 GPs, most with windows)
• DPA Location : Eligible for GPs under 19AB restrictions (DPA location)
• Relocation : Relocation assistance can be discussed
• Sponsorship : Can be offered - no level 1 or 2 supervision
