About the RoleWe are currently seeking to appoint a Capability & Engagement Specialist with a leading NSW Government agency to be responsible for the analysis and proactive management of business demand for new or modificative services
and the systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of stakeholder relationships in order to target and improve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Key accountabilities include :
Identifies the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups to inform better decision making and drive organisational priorities and outcomesTranslates communications / stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables to effectively meet service delivery standardsActs as a single point of contact, facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of fit for purpose solutionsCaptures, reviews and disseminates technical and business information to meet the specific needs of different customers / stakeholdersImplements demand management analysis and planning activities to mitigate risk and optimise service delivery outcomesPerforms what-if analyses and scenario planning; develops insights and proposals to improve business valueManages the process of integrating demand management with complementary strategic, operational and change management processes to ensure requirements and standards are met and the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes on timeReviews new business proposals; provides advice on demand issues and routes requests to the right place to inform and set the business prioritiesAbout YouPrevious experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of appropriate strategies for, and experience in managing delivery of advice and informationAbility to work outside of hours as requiredBenefits of contracting through Ashdown People5th largest supplier to the NSW GovernmentGet paid weeklyOffer Insurances for ABN ContractorsConsistent communication & transparencyDetailed onboarding & support
