Are you ready to deliver outstanding service and make a difference every day? In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same! You'll engage with customers face-to-face in our trade store, while primarily handling quotes and queries via email and phone.

  • Location : Onslow WA (Location opportunity to be based in either Karratha or Onslow)
  • Travel : Occasional travel

What You'll Be Doing

  • Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person at our trade store
  • Respond to customer requests, source parts, and follow up on expected time of arrivals (ETAs) for backorders
  • Provide product-based information with full support to build your knowledge and skills
  • What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Customer service experience in a trade store / retail environment (desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
  • Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft Office suite
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, problem solver, and excellent time management skills
  • A safety-minded attitude, promoting all safety protocols within our branch
