Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Shadforth We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects in the West Brisbane region ranging from $5m - $70m. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. For the right candidate, the company offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles and take on greater responsibilities as you establish yourself in the position.

You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Subdivisions, Community Projects, Roadworks and Infrastructure.

About You

You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.

Key Responsibilities Will Be :

Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance. Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards. Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance. Manage and maintain client relationships. Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.

About You

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded Strong skills in managing client relationships. Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors. Exceptional people management abilities.
