Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$100.00 / hr - A$150.00 / hrDirect message the job poster from VerseRecruitment Leader | IT Project Delivery | Digital Transformation | Proud Dad of 3 | NBA Enthusiast OverviewThis Company is seeking an experienced Chapter Lead to support a talented group of 12–15 Project and Program Managers working across a diverse portfolio of projects.The roleIn this people-focused leadership role, you'll provide coaching, delivery oversight, and act as an advisor to PMs with varying levels of experience.Key responsibilities : Coach and mentor PMs to uplift delivery capability across the portfolioOnboard new PMs into "the way we work" – tools, standards, culturePromote consistent delivery practices in line with PMO standardsSupport hybrid delivery – agile, waterfall, and everything in between (DevOps boards in use)Act as a sounding board for project challenges and delivery roadblocksJoin PMs in Steering Committees to help navigate senior stakeholder engagement when neededWhat we're looking for : A strong people leader with hands-on project delivery experienceComfortable working across mixed methodologies and driving consistencySomeone who can provide both pastoral care and technical oversightThe details6 month contract - available for an immediate startDay rate contract - rates are negotiable depending on experienceLocation is West of Perth CBDThis is a great opportunity to shape a delivery culture, support great people, and make a meaningful difference by the end of the year.Interested?
