- About the Role
- Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and industry-relevant training in horticulture through diverse methodologies, including classroom, field trips, and online learning platforms.
- Mentor students and colleagues, fostering continuous improvement and industry currency.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining educational materials in line with quality management systems.
- Utilize IT skills for effective training delivery and support students via digital platforms such as Learn and Microsoft Teams.
- The successful applicant will have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the horticulture industry or in a teaching role related to horticulture.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40116, or Diploma, or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Minimum Certificate III (or higher) in Horticulture or a related field.
- A Diploma of Horticulture or a related discipline is
- highly desirable.

- Out of hours work may be required and a flexible approach to the hours of duty is essential.
