The Opportunity

Erskine Oral Care are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee national operations from their Head Office in Macksville . This pivotal leadership role will suit a Sydney-based professional ready to relocate to the Mid North Coast, offering a rare balance between career impact and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead operational strategies across procurement, logistics and warehousing
• Oversee system and process integration (EDI, WMS), driving automation and efficiency
• Manage operational budgets, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and compliance across all operational functions
• Demonstrated experience in managing ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management Systems, including certification, audits, and continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor department managers and cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership team to support business growth and transformation
