Oversee all clinical care functions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for residents. You'll guide and mentor the clinical team, support their development, and coordinate care planning while maintaining compliance with industry standards - all with a focus on delivering exceptional quality of care.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor care staff, fostering a positive team culture and supporting professional growth.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to maintain quality care and operational efficiency.Conduct routine assessments and audits to uphold high standards of service delivery.Respond to and resolve concerns or complaints from residents, families, or staff with empathy and professionalism.Requirements : Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration.Previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or similar senior clinical role within aged care.Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding model, and compliance frameworksProven ability to lead, support, and mentor clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred careExcellent clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skillsSound knowledge of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teamsExceptional time management and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvementsA commitment to continuous improvement and professional developmentRelevant post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or clinical leadership (desirable but not essential)In Return : Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator or Clinical Manager ready to take the next step in their career.Join a stable, fully compliant facility with strong occupancy, supported by a well-established, values-based aged care provider committed to career development and leadership growth.Relocation supports available (up to 4 weeks of temporary accommodation).Be part of a high-performing team within a well-run home.Attractive remuneration on offer : $120,000 – $130,000 + Super, with wage increases aligned to sector standards.About Goulburn Valley :
