Engagement Manager

  • How will I help?

As an Engagement Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies.

You will oversee internal and external communications and plan and coordinate events to promote the brand, products, and services.

You will be involved in enhancing visibility, engaging with target audiences, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies aligned with team goals.
  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness with consistent messaging across channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Safeguard and enhance reputation through positive coverage and proactive management.
  • Plan and coordinate events to promote offerings, engage target audiences, and deliver value.
  • Foster relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and event metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Manage marketing and communication budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

  • What do I need?
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with team goals.
  • Strong experience in enhancing brand visibility and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
  • Skilled in safeguarding brand reputation and managing proactive communications.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through impactful engagement.
  • Proficient in analysing campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and improve performance.
  • Experience in managing marketing and communication budgets for optimal resource allocation.
