Georgiou is a national building construction and civil engineering company, delivering major projects across Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland and New South Wales.
- You will be trusted to
- Ensure timely and accurate collection, control and coordination of timesheets
- Ensure all payroll and HR queries are answered in a timely manner
- Document preparation and file maintenance
- Accounting duties, such as receipting and processing orders
- Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on site
- What you're good at
- Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting processing orders, purchase orders and month-end accruals
- Experience maintaining plant & labour registers
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
