Cockburn Care is currently seeking to recruit people who have a can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and be adaptable. We are part of the City of Cockburn, and the clients we service reside throughout the city. Our Goal is to provide care and support to our aged residents, enabling them to remain living in their own homes. This includes :
Successful applicants will be required to assist and implement developed person-centred support plans that identify client’s life goals and support clients to engage in community-based activities
As a Support Worker you would be required have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, as you will be traveling to each individual client you support. Mileage and travel time is reimbursed. Training and a full induction including buddy shifts are provided.

Salary – $63,429 - $66,810 per annum (pro-rata), dependant on skills and experience.
