Our product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia.

  • About the role
  • Branch Management :

  • Contributing a large portion to the sales within the Store / State
  • Creating and analysing reports and coming up with new ideas on increasing efficiency and performance within the State / Store
  • Maintaining the showroom and ensuring it is in a suitable condition
  • Providing amazing customer service to all customers within the showroom
  • Generating an efficient follow-up system for aftercare sales
  • Ensuring all admin tasks are up to date
  • Ensure Showroom staff achieve their KPI's
  • Oversee cross-department communication (Warehouse, Installations, Sales and head office) in your region
  • Work With Operation Team to Ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately
  • Ensure that safety procedures are enforced according to company policies and state's OH&S legislation
  • Identify any potential hazards or problems and take proactive steps to prevent them
  • Staff relations :

  • Provide training and support to all staff in your region / branch
  • Listen to and provide solutions for staff queries and concerns
  • Managing the roster and absences for the showroom
  • Manage new employee inductions and onboarding for the Showroom
  • Oversee performance management of team and involve HR where required for Sales
  • Provide opportunities to staff to up skill and progress where possible
  • About you
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • Able to delegate tasks and ensure that tasks are followed through
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Ability to work within a team environment, as well as ability to work independently
  • Highly organised with proficient time management ability
  • Experience using Microsoft office
  • Strong work ethic, with excellent multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to prioritise schedule, to ensure any urgent matters are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of local area and competitors
  • Deep understanding of the business and their goals
  • Adaptable and able to work in constantly changing conditions
  • Sales driven and has understanding of financial implications of decisions on business
  • Ability to create, follow and enforce KPIs, budgets and goals with team
