About the roleBranch Management :
Contributing a large portion to the sales within the Store / StateCreating and analysing reports and coming up with new ideas on increasing efficiency and performance within the State / StoreMaintaining the showroom and ensuring it is in a suitable conditionProviding amazing customer service to all customers within the showroomGenerating an efficient follow-up system for aftercare salesEnsuring all admin tasks are up to dateEnsure Showroom staff achieve their KPI'sOversee cross-department communication (Warehouse, Installations, Sales and head office) in your regionWork With Operation Team to Ensure stock levels are maintained appropriatelyEnsure that safety procedures are enforced according to company policies and state's OH&S legislationIdentify any potential hazards or problems and take proactive steps to prevent themStaff relations :
