Business Support Coordinator

Based in Scoresby, Victoria, this is a full-time role conducted on site 5 days a per week.

Reporting to the Business Support Team Leader, as one of three Business Support Coordinators, you will ensure the smooth operation of Mentholatum’s business activities by acting as a central resource with three key areas of accountability :

• Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Finance support
• Customer Service Administration
• Sales Order Processing and Management

Tasks required across a typical month include :

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally have :

Qualifications in accounting / bookkeeping / sales administration

Demonstrated customer service proficiency, preferably in a highly dynamic or FMCG environment

Proficient use of MSOffice (especially Excel) and an ERP system (MSDynamics365 F&O or Great Plains desired)

Understanding of a regulated manufacturing environment (eg GMP / Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving consumer goods environment

Positive, can-do attitude with a solution-focussed mindset
