Despatch Team Leader

Brickworks are seeking an experienced Despatch Team Leader to join our customer-centric Bristile Roofing yard in Dandenong, VIC.

Reporting to the Yard Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VIC Despatch and Yard Operations Team. Your duties include maintaining accurate logistical and statistical records, managing freight costs, supporting stock control, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities : Assist the Yard Manager and act as contact point for small order pickups and loads. Process driver invoicing and confirm supply accuracy. Oversee stock management and participate in stocktakes. Operate forklifts and machinery safely. Manage consumables and coordinate product cycle counts. Support reporting and act as backup for other administrative roles. Success Requirements : Proven experience in a similar role. Outstanding customer service skills. Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and stock management. Financial acumen and variance investigation skills. Current Forklift License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
