As a Designer, you will collaborate closely with the design team, you'll spearhead the strategic oversight of all product lifecycle stages, from initial design concepts to production.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and develop ready-to-wear collections that reflect the luxury client's brand identity and aesthetic vision.
  • Research and analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging fashion influences to inform design decisions.
  • Create sketches, mood boards, and tech packs to communicate design concepts effectively and ensure accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to translate designs into finished garments with impeccable fit and quality.
  • Uphold the client's standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and brand integrity throughout the design process.
  • About You
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a design & production capacity.
  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or relevant field.
  • Proven experience using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft, specifically Excel.
  • A creative and collaborative approach to design.
  • An understanding of design from a technical perspective
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality hand-sketches, CADs and tech packs.
  • Experience with offshore manufacturing.
