• Responsibilities
• Operate a grader to perform Final Trim work on construction and civil sites
• Utilize GPS technology to ensure precision in grading
• Mix ferrocrete as required for specific projects
• Follow plans and blueprints to ensure accurate grading
• Conduct routine maintenance on grader to ensure it is in good working condition
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Requirements
• Previous experience as a Grader Operator, with a focus on Final Trim work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while operating heavy equipment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required
