Salary : $28,000–$43,000 per year

La Baguette Café, a beloved destination in Berwick Village, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Part - Time Café Allrounder to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to grow into a management position over time.

Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency

Provide excellent customer service and take orders efficiently

Prepare and assemble sandwiches and light meals to café standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment

Assist with ordering, stock control, and inventory management

Support daily operations and work closely with the café owner

Develop a broad skill set to prepare for a future management role

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a barista and in café service

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality

Availability to work on weekends (essential)

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership role
