• Description

We are currently recruiting for experienced HME Boilermaker for our Woodie Manganese Operations, situated 407kms south - east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara, working on a 2 : 1 FIFO roster from Perth.

Reporting to the workshop supervisor, the successful applicant will be required :

• Ongoing repairs and maintenance of company mining fleet which consists of predominantly Cat, Hitachi and Komatsu equipment i.e. Cat 6020b & Komatsu PC 2000, PC1250 Excavators, Cat 980H, 988H, 992K & 988K Loaders, Cat 16M Graders, Cat D10T & 854K Dozers, 777G Dump Trucks & 777F Water Carts;
• Work mainly consists of bucket repairs, tray work, wear packages and general fabrication;
• Ensure following safe working practises and good housekeeping in workshop and around the mine;
• Perform all work activities with the highest regards to industry safety standards;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of the Mobile Maintenance team.
• Skills and Experiences
• Requirements to be successful in this role are
• Trade Qualified in Engineering Fabrication;
• Extensive mine site experience with product knowledge on CAT & Komatsu equipment;
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills;
• Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures;
• National Police Clearance;
• Current C class drivers licence.
