• Your responsibilities
• Provide stellar technical support and training to our dedicated staff.Manage fault logging, track issues, and escalate complex challenges efficiently.Set up and maintain our cutting-edge computer systems and software, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Maintain meticulous records and ensure data integrity through scheduled backups.Offer support across various platforms, ensuring all team members are tech-equipped and confident.Work closely with our IT team to maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot systems, making sure we're always ahead of the curve.
• About you
• You've completed Year 12 / VCE or equivalent TAFE study and have an IT-related tertiary qualification.You boast certifications from big names like Microsoft, Cisco, or Citrix.You're a tech wizard with deep knowledge of everything from Microsoft Windows Servers to virtualisation technologies.Your communication is as strong as your troubleshooting skills.You're a creative thinker, a diligent worker, and an invaluable team player who's always ready to help.
